Discover Thrills and Adventure at Trimper’s Rides and Amusement Park

Take a Ride on Ocean City’s Iconic Boardwalk

No trip to Ocean City is complete without a stroll – or bike ride! – down the historic boardwalk. Over 2 miles long, this wooden walkway lined with shops, arcades, and food vendors has been an Ocean City institution since 1902.

– Rent a bike or surrey at one of the rental stands and pedal the full length. It’s a fun way to take in the sights and sounds while getting some exercise.

– Indulge in some classic boardwalk fare like funnel cakes, custard, or saltwater taffy. Thrasher’s, Dumser’s, and Dolle’s have been satisfying sweet tooths for generations.

– Play a round of mini golf, try your luck at one of the arcades, or catch a free concert. The boardwalk amusement parks are open from May through September.

– Shop for souvenirs like t-shirts, beach towels, or seashell wind chimes. You’ll find everything from kitschy to high-quality, with options for all budgets.

– As night falls, stick around for a beachfront fireworks show. The boardwalk really sparkles after dark, with neon lights, evening beach strolls, and entertainment.

Spanning from Ocean City’s inlet to 27th street, the boardwalk brings together the beach town’s history, culture, food, games, shopping, and nightlife. Take your time exploring all it has to offer – you just might rediscover the kid inside you. After all, isn’t that what beach vacations are for?
